He has been coaching pastors since 2014 and has written 2 books including— Toxic Soul: A Pastor’s Guide to Leading without Losing Heart.

He has a BA in Christian Ministry from Lee University and a MA in Theological Studies from Liberty Baptist Seminary.

He goes on #FriDates with his wife Corrie and on Saturdays sits with her on the sidelines of sporting events.
