Trent Stewart

Founding + Lead Pastor of Foothills Church

Trent leads a multi-site church in metro Knoxville, TN. The church was planted in 2009 and since then it has grown to over 3,000 people.  

Trent has over twenty years of ministry experience serving as a student pastor and lead pastor.  He has an MDiv and DMin from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Trent is passionate about making disciples and coaching leaders.  He’s a former college basketball player at Carson Newman University and when he’s not at church, he’s on the water or in the mountains with his family.  

Trent has been married to his wife Micah for 21 years, and they have 4 children, Baylee, Bryson, Brooke, and Blakely.
