Senior Pastor, Hope City Church in Waterloo, Indiana 

Pastor Q and Angela planted Hope City Church in the fall of 2015 with a handful of friends. Today Hope City Church is a fast growing diverse church in Waterloo. His church is in Iowa, a state that’s 4% Black. Hope City is 50% White, 35% Black, 15% Asian + Hispanic.

In 2020 and 2021, Hope City Church was recognized as the 57th out of the 100 fastest growing churches in America by Outreach Magazine.

Pastor Q is passionate about leadership and organizational development. He loves helping leaders be healthy, focused and making an impact with their teams.

For many years, Pastor Q has been leading team trainings, conferences and coaching ministry, marketplace and governmental leaders. Pastor Q is married to his high school sweetheart of over 25 years. They have two amazing kids who live in Waterloo with them.
